dr-piduttiDr. Pidutti was born and raised in the Sudbury area.  He graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Science degree and Doctor of Optometry.  He furthered his education in the USA and completed an ocular health and therapeutic externship at the University of Oklahoma.  This certifies him to prescribe medications to treat various eye diseases. 

After 40 years of practicing Optometry, Dr. Pidutti has decided to retire as of June 1st, 2020.

He would like to thank all his patients over the years who have entrusted their eyecare to him. He has enjoyed his profession immensely but decided that now it is time to commence a different phase of life. For your continued eye care needs, Dr. Tony Kusnierczyk and the Chelmsford Eyecare doctors and staff are happy to welcome the opportunity to help with your vision needs. 

Dr. Pidutti has been involved with many volunteer trips to underdeveloped countries with the not-for-profit organization "Canada Vision Care" to provide eye-care to those in need.

Dr. Pidutti is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Association of Optometry and has been the President of the Sudbury Society of Optometry for the past eight years.  He enjoys spending time with his family participating in activities such as, hiking, biking, fishing and kayaking at his camp on Manitoulin Island.
